Since our work is prepared on computers, variations in exterior appearance and unit combinations are easily accomplished.

Streets and units can be planned with consideration of existing grades to minimize grading requirements and eliminate large elevation changes between units or excessive garage heights. The conceptual site plan can then be coordinated with local zoning officials prior to being subdivided by a surveyor, engineer or landscape architect.
